I live in Northwest Wyoming with my husband and twin boys, where we love the great outdoors and the beauty that surrounds us every day. Our move from Austin, TX to Wyoming was one of the best decisions we ever made. You can read about that journey here.
I work as a freelance Educational Consultant while homeschooling our two boys and completing my graduate studies.
What I am Learning
I returned to graduate school when I could not find the help my son needed for his sensory integration challenges. I am now a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Ecopsychology through a wonderful nonprofit Project Nature Connect and Akamai University.
My course work includes certifications in EcoArt Therapy, and Child and Lifespan Development in Applied Ecopsychology.
I believe that connection to natural play is essential to healthy child development. You can read more in my Natural Child Manifesto.
